Company History:
The Company was incorporated in the State of Florida on April 21, 2011 under the name CCJ Acquisition Corp. On July 29, 2013, the Company changed its name to Thunder Energies Corporation.

Company Directors & Officers:
The Board of Directors for the Company is presently comprised of Dr. Ruggero M Santilli, Chairman of the Board and Mrs. Carla Santilli, director. Dr. Santilli serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Scientist. Dr. W. George Gaines serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. Margaret Haberlin-Currey serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Santilli serves as Secretary and Treasurer. Dr. Santilli also is designated as the Principal Executive Officer and Principal Accounting Officer for purposes of the Company's periodic filings with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Registered Agent:
The statutory registered agent for the Company is Clifford J. Hunt, Esquire, who maintains an office at 8200 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772.

Company Capital Structure:
The Articles of Incorporation for the Company provide that the Company is authorized to issue up to 900,000,000 shares of common stock (par value $0.001) and up to 750,000,000 shares of blank check preferred stock (par value $0.001).

Shares Issued and Outstanding:
As of August 5, 2013, there are 15,000,000 shares of restricted common stock issued and outstanding. There is only one (1) class of common stock issued and outstanding. As of August 5, 2013 there is one class of preferred stock known as Series A Convertible Preferred Stock that has been designated by the Board of Directors. There are 50,000,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock issued and outstanding to one shareholder. The Series A Convertible Preferred stock provides for 15 votes per share and is convertible at the discretion of the shareholder into 10 shares of common stock.

Options, Warrants, Debt Securities:
There are no options, warrants or any debt securities such as promissory notes, etc. outstanding.

The Company filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with SEC on July 7, 2011. The Form 10 Registration Statement became effective on September 6, 2011. All required filings under Sections 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 have been made.
